About Leneé

Leneé Thomas (also known as "The Flipping Fit Mama"), the founder of Leneé Thomas, LLC, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the realms of entrepreneurship, real estate, and leadership. Her journey into the world of business began at an early age, shaped by hands-on experiences and mentorship within her family.

After graduating from Pike High School (Indianapolis) in 2002, Leneé pursued her collegiate studies at Ivy Tech, South Carolina State University, and Marian College. Majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minoring in Accounting, she laid the groundwork for a multifaceted career.

Leneé's professional journey commenced in 2003, with roles spanning banking, business credit, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and stock market trading. While she cherished the financial and customer service aspects, her true passion for entrepreneurship and real estate led her to transition from the corporate world in April 2014.

Specializing in innovative real estate strategies, Leneé focuses on Indianapolis, Georgia, and California as her primary markets, with her team covering various areas across the US in both residential and commercial spectrums.

As a real estate investor, motivational and leadership speaker, and business coach, Leneé takes pride in crafting win-win solutions for all clients she encounters. Her approach combines her corporate knowledge & skillset, and life experiences with a dedication to helping others, creating a powerful impact in the corporate and collegiate worlds. 

An advocate for financial literacy, Leneé previously conducted events during her banking career, educating and empowering communities. In her current speaking engagements, she brings a unique perspective to corporate settings, addressing Leadership & Management, and educational settings, focusing on Leadership & Personal Development.
